Leftover baby shower favors can be given out at your next Hanukkah party. Especially if the baby shower was for someone having a baby boy since most of the favors will be blue. Some common baby shower favors are very easy to use for holidays too.
A popular baby shower favor that will be a really cute favor for Hanukkah is washcloth lollipops. Children will enjoy these cut lollipops that last forever. If you don’t have any left over from a baby shower it is alright because they are very easy to make. All you need is the following supplies: 2 thick baby washcloths (one white and one blue), strong clear tape, plastic wrap (about 8 inches long), and a wooden dowel (about 7 inches long). Fold both of the washcloths in half. You will then fold each side of the washcloth to the middle of the washcloth, and tape the ends together. Do this on both washcloths, and then take the end of one washcloth and put it on the end of the other washcloth. Tape the ends together so that it looks like on very long washcloth. Tightly roll the washcloths into a circle that resembles a lollipop and tape the end so that it stays. Tape the wooden dowel to the back of the lollipop washcloth so that is secure. Wrap the lollipop in the plastic wrap and tie with a blue or white ribbon. Hand a washcloth lollipop to each child at your Hanukkah party. They will love these lollipops that used to be popular only at baby showers.
