Making this popular baby shower favor for your Hanukkah party is easy. To make washcloth bunnies you will need the following supplies: washcloths (go with blue and white to stick to the Hanukkah theme), rubber bands, ribbon, wiggly eyes, small pom poms, and glue.
Once you have all of the supplies for the washcloth bunnies it is time to make this baby shower favor for the children at your Hanukkah party. Lay your washcloth flat in front of you and fold it in half to form a triangle. Roll the washcloth like a jellyroll and fold in half with the ends pointing away from you. It will look like a horseshoe. Pinch the washcloth together about 1-2 inches from the ends. Wrap your rubber band around the area that you are pinching. The ends of the washcloth will point up after you place the rubber band around it. These are your bunny ears. Adjust the ends if needed to make them look more like ears. Use the wiggly eyes and pom poms to create a face on the round part of the washcloth right below the ears. Tie the ribbon around the rubber band so that you can’t see it. You can make it look like the bunny has a bow on. Hand these cut little bunnies out to the children at the party. You have now taken a popular baby shower favor and turned it into a cute Hanukkah favor.
